Refund policy

Because our products are body products and handmade we do not accept returns. Every product is made from scratch so the same product may look different from pictures or your last purchase. 

Also due to melting in the hotter months we do not accept returns for melted body butters or scrubs. We do try to send each product with appropriate shipping practices for hotter months, but if you product does melt, please put it in the refrigerator and it should harden back up. Another precaution is to be available for delivery day and be home or free to accept your package and not leave it out in the sun.

For Cancellations: We do accept cancellations for an order, but it does need to be within 6 hours of your order as we do try to send packages out quickly. Just email us here at Hello@Indulgencebodyco.com
